Employees are expected to uphold good physical health and fitness to ensure effective performance of their assigned duties.
Employees are engaged in ‘whole-time employment’ with the Company during designated working hours, as well as after-hours, holidays, and while on leave. They are prohibited from holding part-time positions or directorships outside the Company.
Employees are required to uphold a strong sense of honesty and integrity in their business transactions, refraining from pursuing personal benefits.
